จุดเริ่มต้นของเรา (How We Got Started – TH)
Double Learn (DBL) คือแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ด้านภาวะผู้นำและการพัฒนาตนเอง ที่เชื่อว่า ศักยภาพความเป็นผู้นำมีอยู่ในตัวคุณ
เราออกแบบโปรแกรมและคอนเทนต์ที่เข้าใจง่าย สนุก และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง เพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชนและคนทำงานรุ่นใหม่ ให้มีทักษะผู้นำ การสื่อสาร และการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม พร้อมก้าวสู่เวทีโลกอย่างมั่นใจ
DBL เริ่มต้นจากการทำงานอาสาสมัครในปี 2018 ภายใต้ชื่อ “Uncommon Unique” ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์อาสาสมัครแห่งแรกของไทย เราได้ระดมเยาวชนกว่า 25,000 คนมาร่วมทำกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมทั่วประเทศ
ในปี 2023 เราได้พัฒนา Uncommon Unique สู่ “Double Learn” เพื่อขยายจากงานอาสาสมัครไปสู ่การเรียนรู้ด้านผู้นำและการพัฒนาทักษะที่ครอบคลุมมากขึ้น
เพียงหนึ่งปีหลังจากเปิดตัว DBL เรามีผู้ติดตามกว่า 87,000 คน จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการนับร้อยครั้ง และได้รับความร่วมมือจากองค์กรชั้นนำ เช่น สภาวิจัยแห่งชาติ (NRCT), สหภาพยุโรป (EU-ASEAN) และ UNAIDS
Double Learn (DBL) is a leadership and self-development learning platform built on the belief that great leadership potential lives inside you.
We design programs and content that are simple, engaging, and practical — helping youth and young professionals develop leadership, communication, and innovation skills while building confidence to thrive on the global stage.
DBL traces its roots back to 2018, when we launched “Uncommon Unique” — Thailand’s first online volunteer platform. Over the years, we mobilized more than 25,000 youth to support social initiatives nationwide.
In 2023, we evolved into “Double Learn,” expanding our mission from volunteerism to leadership education and personal development.
Within just one year, DBL grew to over 87,000 followers, delivered hundreds of workshops, and partnered with leading organizations such as the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), the European Union (EU-ASEAN), and UNAIDS.

บริษัท ธิงค์แล็บ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย นายนฤเบศน์ รักษ์วิจิตร เพื่อเป็นบริษัทหลักในการดำเนินงานและพัฒนาโครงการ Double Learn (DBL) และ Uncommon Volunteer ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มและโครงการที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและการสร้างสังคมที่มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
พันธกิจ (Mission):
“สร้างระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) ของการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในโลกที่เต็มไปด้วยความเปลี่ยนแปลงและการดิสรัปชัน”
วิสัยทัศน์ (Vision):
เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการเรียนรู้ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และนวัตกรรม ที่สามารถต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาสังคมและองค์กร ทั้งในประเทศไทยและเวทีโลก
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานหลัก:
พัฒนาและจัดอบรมด้าน Leadership Training & Capacity Building ให้แก่องค์กรและสถาบัน
สร้างโปรแกรม Youth Empowerment & Skill Development สำหรับเยาวชนและคนทำงานรุ่นใหม ่
ที่ปรึกษาด้าน การสื่อสาร นวัตกรรม และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR/ESG Consulting)
ขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายจิตอาสาผ่าน Uncommon Volunteer และพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ภาวะผู้นำผ่าน Double Learn (DBL)
